Pool and LandCasa Caballos is set in 5 acres of land covered mostly by about 100 olive trees and a small oak wood, but also dotted with cherry trees, pomegranate trees, fig trees, almond trees, a lemon tree and various other flora, such as lavender and bay, which create numerous scents as you stroll about the grounds. There are no boundary fences, so you are free to wander. The neighbouring land in every direction belongs to local olive farmers, so you can get a sense of the real Spain!
The property is placed on a SW-facing slope, so wherever you stand there are wonderful views stretching out across the olive-covered hills down to Iznajar lake and up to the peaks of the Sierras Subbeticas natural park.
The 11.5-meter pool, with a separate safe shallow area for kids and non-swimmers, has been placed above the house for privacy & great views and has been fenced for unsupervised child safety. It has its own 100-square-meter patio.
As well as the Stables and Tack Room having their own terraces, there is another terrace above the drive, a perfect place to watch the sun go down and the stars come to life.
Parking is available at the front of the property on the drive, off the road.
In the summer months, you can walk to the nearby hamlet of La Viña, where there is a bar beside a waterfall.
